Hey! Did you know there is an election coming up? You can find your polling place, request and track absentee ballots, and get other critical information about the Spring Election and other elections happening this year at the Dane County Clerk’s Website.
First on the ballot, it is the Presidential Primary, then the various candidates for office, and, finally, 2 state-wide referenda. You can learn about the referenda from the League of Women Voters, here.
Speaking of the League of Women Voters … you can use vote411.org to find more information about all of the candidates and referenda on your ballot; my candidate information datasheet can be found by entering your address (if you live in the District), or by searching all of the Wisconsin candidates and finding Dane County District 8 (sorry, their website doesn’t let me directly link to it).
Madison Bikes, the Affordable Housing Action Alliance (AHAA), Madison is for People, and Madison Tenant Power (MTP) worked together on an election questionnaire. The questionnaire for Dane County Supervisor candidates is focused on Dane County’s ongoing housing crisis and related transportation issues. These are all incredibly important issues for me and the District, and you can find my responses on the website.
Now headed towards my second term, I am also proud to say that I have been endorsed by the following (you can always find more about me, my leadership roles, and my endorsements on the navigation header at district8.substack.com):
